Join the Center for Teaching & Learning this Maymester for Pedagogy and Wellness in the Classroom, a hybrid microcredential designed for faculty, instructors, advisors and staff who are looking to create more inclusive, supportive and academically effective environments.

Participants will explore inclusive, evidence-based teaching and communication strategies that support the wellness of students, faculty and staff. The program offers tools for navigating difficult conversations, deepens understanding of today’s student mental health landscape, and empowers educators and staff to foster environments that are both engaging and resilient.

Researchers are seeking healthy individuals between 18-45 years old for a neuroimaging study on cognition and emotion.

• Study uses two different neuroimaging methods (FMRI and FNIRS). The methods are non-invasive. 
• Study will take around 3.5 hours; participants will be compensated.

May 2 is the deadline for spring doctoral graduates to update their diploma name or address in Buff Portal. 

You are invited to participate in a study investigating human hearing, conducted by Donghyeon Yun at CU Boulder, Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. The study involves listening to sentences with a hearing device and making judgements about them. The study typically takes two sessions to complete, lasting 1.5 to two hours per session, scheduled at your convenience. $30 per session will be provided in the form of an Amazon gift card.

The Digital Humanities Graduate Certificate is an interdisciplinary certificate program open to all CU Boulder graduate students. The certificate fosters computational and digital approaches to humanities inquiry and the development of humanities perspectives on technology. Culture Crawl 2025 is on Wednesday, Oct. 8. We are seeking applications from student organizations working in the arts and culture space on campus who are interested in holding an event. Space is limited and requires planning during the summer.

UROP's Mentor Award recognizes campus individuals supporting undergraduates on research and creative projects. Nominations are due by Friday, April 11.

Students are invited to nominate their mentors regardless of program funding, and we welcome submissions from early-stage researchers and creative practitioners. Students are able to submit group nominations by including a list of additional contributors on the form.

Tenured/tenure-track research faculty, teaching faculty, postdocs and graduate students at CU Boulder and the Anschutz Medical Campus are eligible for the award. Recipients will have the option to award a $1,000 UROP Assistantship to an eligible undergraduate of their choosing in the next academic year.

Our research team is seeking undergraduates to participate in a brief in-person study about decision-making. The study will take place in our Muenzinger lab (Room D0014). Any undergraduate may participate, no demographic restrictions. This study will take no more than 30 minutes.

Each participant will be compensated with a $15 digital gift card.

The Give & Go Donation Drive is coming up during move-out, May 5–7, and we need your help to make it a success. It's a perfect chance to use your CU volunteer hours for a great cause. 

Help collect and organize reusable items for donation from students moving out of residence halls on campus. Every year CU Recycling collects over 20 tons of clothes, food, personal care, furniture, textbooks and other reusable items for donation to local and national groups. Volunteers are needed to help collect donations, bag items, keep donation areas clear and assist CU Recycling student staff.

This year, donated items will go to Resource Central, the Buff Pantry, the CU Surplus Store, the Panhellenic League and other groups for free or low-cost distribution to the local community.

Join the Young Emerging Adult Research Study (YEARS) study at CU Boulder and CU Anschutz (IRB# 23-2067) to understand emotions. Earn $25 per hour (up to approximately $400 total) for up to three study session phases (one hour and 45 minutes). Must be 18–25 years, be able to attend in-person sessions, and have a personal history of bipolar disorder or no mental health history.
